This stunning listed townhouse received a complete revamp by the Maxwells design and bespoke team. We worked closely with the client over several months involving several design and render drafts to arrive at a minimal monochromatic colour scheme that suited the property and the client’s tastes. We designed and manufactured several bespoke pieces for this home from stunning 5 meter long TV and media unit to be bespoke bar storage, vanity units, wardrobes, TV lifts, shelving, desks, mirror units and several others. We even replicated the door frames to reflect in the bespoke picture frames throughout the property. New double glazed sash and case windows were also manufactured in our workshop. The lighting design was intricate and included special bulbs with varying beam angles, specialist picture lights, floor uplights and hidden recessed lighting.
The staircase was left untouched to highlight the patina and ageing over the years and juxtapose it against a crisp textured carpet and neutral walls.
With our in house team of electricians, plumbers, joiners, heritage decorators, designers, traditional cabinet makers we could navigate this project with the utmost attention to detail and finessing.
The project took over 15 months to complete.
